Francis GURRY served as Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) from 2008 to 2020. His current responsibilities include serving as Vice Chair of the World Internet Conference (WIC), as well as Honorary Dean of the Shanghai international College of Intellectual Property (SICIP) of Tongji University and Overseas Dean of the Nanjing Audit University (NAU).
