Devesh Gautam is Senior Vice President of Technology at Rakuten Symphony, where he architects AI-powered automation and intelligent network strategies for global telcos and enterprises. With two decades pioneering telecom innovation spanning Microsoft Azure’s Hybrid Cloud and AIOps to large-scale edge computing at Rakuten Mobile, Devesh is helping to transform networks via breakthrough agentic AI, Open RAN and modern architectural approaches. Based in Tokyo, he is a globally recognized voice on AI-enabled telecom, greenfield project execution, edge-to-cloud architecture and sustainable network monetization.
