Vara Prasad Talari, currently Principal Technologist - 6G and Telco Agentic AI at AWS, is a visionary technology leader known for transforming telecommunications through pioneering cloud-native 5G deployments and AI-driven network innovation. With over 25 years in the telecommunications industry, his remarkable journey leading AWS's 6G strategy reflects his ability to bridge deep technical expertise with strategic vision that shapes the future of telecommunications.

As Design Authority behind the industry's first 5G network deployment on AWS with DISH Wireless, Vara led development of groundbreaking solutions including Brown Field 5G on AWS and the global-first O-RAN on AWS. He held leadership positions at AWS and Nokia Networks as Head of Core Services and Care - Portfolio and Cloud Collaboration Hub, and as Design Authority and End to End Program lead.

Vara leads 6G Developer Ecosystem development with academia partnerships while spearheading the Breaking Barriers Hackathon with Telecom Infra Project. He built an Agentic Network Framework democratizing AI for telecommunications and pioneered Agentic AI for Migration and Modernization in AWS.

With multiple whitepapers and AWS blog publications, he holds a Master's in Information Systems Management from DeVry University and continues to drive innovation in 6G network architecture, AI Native Fabrics, and Agentic AI solutions.
