Errol Gardner

Speaker Bio

Errol is responsible for leading EY Global Consulting which has over 130,000 professionals worldwide. In his role, he advises clients on the delivery of business transformation, enabled by technology and data, with a human-centered approach.

He joined EY as a partner in 2009 and has since held several leadership positions, most recently as the global leader for technology consulting.

Errol has 30 years of professional services experience and has served clients in oil and gas, power and utilities, and in the last 20 years has focused mainly on banking and insurance.

Errol is passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion and co-chairs the Global Social Equity Taskforce (GSET) at EY, to raise consciousness on social equity both inside and outside of EY. He is also a member of the Executive Leadership Council, an organization committed to increasing the number of C-suite Black executives on corporate boards and in global enterprises.

Errol is an ACA and holds a BA in Industrial Economics from the University of Nottingham, UK.
