Speaker Bio

Joe serves as the Global Chief AI Officer for the PwC Network of Firms. As a member of the Global Commercial Leadership Team, Joe works with the Global practice and market leaders to bring the power of AI to our clients and enhance our delivery models. Joe also shapes the firm’s upskilling and working practices, encompassing more than 360k people worldwide.

Formerly, as Chief Products & Technology Officer for PwC in the US, Joe was responsible for leading the firm through its digital transformation, including accelerating growth in go-to-market digital solutions, as well as the firmwide technology capabilities. Joe was Co-Chair of the firm's AI Executive Council, overseeing its $1 billion investment to expand and scale the firm's AI capabilities.

Throughout Joe's 30+ year career with PwC, he has led PwC's service delivery and relationships for some of the firm's most prestigious clients in the Telcom, Media & Technology industry. His work has included service as a trusted executive advisor to wired and wireline telecom providers around the world, as well as cable, media and entertainment providers. Joe's industry leadership included serving as PwC's Telecom, Media & Technology Consulting Leader for the US, Japan and China.
