Sandro has been a leader in the telecommunications industry for over 20 years,
bringing extensive international experience and deep expertise in 5G, marketing, and
cutting-edge network technologies. Since January 2021, he has been leading the
marketing strategy and activities for the telecommunications sector at Dell
Technologies, driving innovation and engagement in a rapidly evolving sector. Prior to
Dell, Sandro spent the majority of his career at Nokia, where he held key sales and
marketing leadership roles across Brazil, Argentina, Finland, and the U.S., including his
last position as Head of Mobile Networks Marketing.

A sought-after industry speaker, Sandro frequently shares his insights on
telecommunications advancements, including 5G, Cloud RAN, Open RAN and Artificial
Intelligence at conferences and events worldwide. He has also authored opinion pieces
for prominent specialized media outlets. His technical expertise spans a wide range of
areas, from Data Center Infrastructure to Core, RAN, and Artificial Intelligence,
underlining his comprehensive understanding of modern telecommunications.

In October 2020, Fierce Wireless recognized him as a "Rising Star", celebrating his
impactful role in the development of the wireless industry. He holds a BSc degree in
Electrical Engineering from Universidade de Brasilia and an Executive MBA from
Fundação Dom Cabral in Brazil.
