Haruki Izumikawa is a VP of Technology Strategy at KDDI Corp., where he owns the strategy and planning for the telecom and AI infrastructure. He previously held Senior Director roles in Corporate Strategy and Business Development, driving AI infrastructure strategy and developing B2B businesses including Starlink.
