Mary Clark

Speaker Bio

Mary Patterson Clark is a senior operating executive and strategic advisor with three decades of experience building and scaling services through global mobile operators. Her career spans the evolution of the mobile ecosystem from roaming and financial settlement to cloud platforms, identity, and trusted digital communications.

Mary has held senior global leadership roles across carrier services, SaaS, and platform businesses, with full P&L responsibility and deep experience partnering with operators across the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific. She has led large, distributed teams, negotiated complex carrier partnerships, and delivered carrier-grade platforms operating in regulated, high-availability environments.

She currently serves as a Strategic Advisor to Numeracle, where she works with executive leadership on platform strategy, ecosystem partnerships, and international expansion across identity and trusted communications services. Mary is an Industry Advisor at Astra Capital Management, and sits on the board of CTS, an Astra Capital portfolio company. She also is an Executive in Residence with Progress Partners and an advisor to Lynk.World. Mary has held several industry board positions including CTIA and the Competitive Carrier Association.

Mary is actively engaged with GSMA initiatives focused on identity, fraud prevention, and restoring trust across global voice and messaging ecosystems. Mary has also been a part of the GSMA Diversity4tech effort (previously Women4Tech) since its inception in 2016. She is delighted to be a part of the first #ChangeTheFace Summit at MWC26.
