Speaker Bio

Manas Human is the Co-founder and CEO of Nagarro and serves as its Chairperson of the Executive Board. As the Custodian of Entrepreneurship, he shapes the company’s business strategy, balancing short-term priorities with long-term vision while ensuring financial strength and resilient growth. He brings together diverse functions across Nagarro to drive unified execution and meaningful impact at scale. He holds a PhD in supply chain management and a BTech in manufacturing from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and an MS in manufacturing systems from Stanford, supported by a fellowship from the Stanford Institute of Manufacturing and Automation. He has also been a researcher with the Technology and Operations Management group at the Harvard Business School.
