Speaker Bio

Before starting Dost, I worked across engineering, sales, and business strategy. I started as a telecom engineer but quickly realized I didn’t want to spend my life behind a screen. I was more interested in solving real business problems.

That shift took me into project management, sales, and strategy roles at companies like Liberty Global, SAP, and Tech Data. Along the way, I worked closely with finance teams and saw a huge problem: industries like manufacturing, retail, and distribution were stuck with outdated financial processes.

Tech companies had modern finance tools. Everyone else was drowning in spreadsheets, slow approvals, and manual payments. CFOs wanted to be strategic, but their teams were buried in admin work.

That’s why I started Dost—to fix this. We help finance teams automate AP, payments, and reconciliation with AI so they can focus on making strategic business decisions.

But building a company is about more than just solving a problem—it’s about building the right team. My leadership style is simple: ownership and execution. I don’t micromanage. I believe in giving people the space to take responsibility, make mistakes, and grow.

Outside of work, I’m big on discipline. I’ve played water polo since I was nine, and I still train regularly, swimming, lifting, and staying active.

I also focus on mental clarity through meditation and structure.
