Luis is currently Mobility Solutions Manager at Telefónica Tech, where he leads the design, definition, and end to end development of mobility solutions. His role involves shaping product strategy, coordinating operational execution, and fostering strategic partnerships that strengthen Telefónica’s technological ecosystem.
He began his career in consulting, where he spent over a decade working across innovation and Big Data. During this period, he contributed to projects that combined emerging technologies, data driven insights, and business transformation.
Over the past five years, Luis has focused on mobility solutions at Telefónica Tech. His work within the product department encompasses defining the roadmap of mobility related offerings, preparing comprehensive proposals, and orchestrating the delivery of integrated solutions by leveraging both internal capabilities and key external partners.
Luis holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Technical University of Madrid (UPM) and a Master’s in Big Data Analytics from the European University of Madrid.
He has also collaborated as a project mentor at Columbia University, supporting innovative student led initiatives.
