Margherita Della Valle

Speaker Bio

Margherita Della Valle is the Chief Executive Officer of Vodafone Group, in role since April 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Group Chief Financial Officer from 2018 until January 2023, when she was first appointed CEO.

Margherita has over 30 years' experience in the telecoms industry, starting from being employee number 25 of the first Italian mobile challenger that later became Vodafone Italy. From mapping the placement of the first network towers across Italy, her tenure at Vodafone has seen her move across various roles in consumer marketing, digitalisation, operations, and finance.

Margherita is also a non-executive director of Reckitt plc and sits on the IMF Advisory Council on Entrepreneurship and Growth.
