Raine is a global merchant bank founded in 2009 that focuses on financial advisory services and principal investing in the technology, media, and telecom industries. Within Raine, I am focused on coverage of the Frontier Technology vertical, which includes robotics, embodied AI, autonomous vehicles, and digital infrastructure.
Select transaction experience includes: Financial advisor to Arm on IPO, Advisor to SoftBank on acquisition of Ampere Computing, Advisor to SoftBank on go-private acquisition of Berkshire Grey, Advisor to SoftBank on tender offer for Balyo, Advisor to SoftBank on proposed sale of Arm to Nvidia, Advisor to Apollo and ecoATM on sale of minority stake, Advisor to Accel Entertainment on sale to TPG Pace Holdings, Advisor to TVTime on acquisition of Mediamorph, and Advisor to Miami CF on $150mm capital raise from Ares and buyout of shareholders.
Graduate of Harvard Business School (MBA, Class of 2011) and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (S.B. in Mechanical Engineering, Class of 2006).
