Laila Harrak is an Emmy award-winning international news anchor with over two decades covering world events. Most recently, she anchored Europe morning editions and delivered live context on global breaking news for Newsroom with Laila Harrak at CNN International's Atlanta headquarters. From Berlin, she anchored primetime news for nine years at Germany's international broadcaster Deutsche Welle (DW), including pivotal Ukraine coverage, after a decade at the Associated Press reporting on the EU, NATO, war crimes tribunals, and major events across EMEA.

Drawing from her own high-pressure, always-on news career (and now raising a child), Harrak is excited to explore with speakers how we can reclaim balance, intention, and focus in our tech-driven world.
