Functions
The Ministry for Digital and Civil Service Transformation is responsible for proposing and implementing the Government's policy on telecommunications, the information society, digital transformation and the development and promotion of artificial intelligence.
Likewise, the Ministry for Digital and Civil Service Transformation is responsible for proposing and executing the Government's policy on public administration, public service and public governance.
Education
Degree in Political Science with a double specialization in Public Administration and International Relations, Complutense University.
Professional experience
Since July 2021 he has been the director of the Cabinet of the President of the Government of Spain.
Between 2018 and 2021 he was president and CEO of Paradores.
Between 2015 and 2018 he served as a senator representing the Regional Parliament of Castilla y León. In the Senate he was spokesman of the Foreign Affairs Committee and spokesman of the Socialist parliamentary group
