As the EY Global Vice Chair for Clients & Industries, Hanne Jesca is accountable for EY’s growth and GTM, global clients and industry organizations. She helps ensure the focus of EY teams is aligned to the critical needs of clients, all of whom are operating in an environment made increasingly complex by the combined forces of technology, geostrategy, sustainability and demographics. She does this through forward-thinking stewardship of the organization’s relationships with C-suite buyers; driving solutions innovation; promoting an entrepreneurial mindset; and delivering market impact through programs that result in superior client experiences.

In her previous role as the EY EMEIA Markets & Accounts Leader, Hanne Jesca led go-to-market and client service strategies across EMEIA and sponsored many of the organization’s critical alliance relationships. She has also served as EMEIA Tax Deputy Leader, Managing Partner Markets for the Netherlands and Belgium, and as lead partner for several key accounts.
