Stephanie is a Managing Director & Partner in the Zurich office of Boston Consulting Group. She is a core member of BCG's Technology, Media & Telecommunications. She has extensive project experience in large scale transformations incl PMIs, carve outs, cost reduction and growth in Europe, Middle East and Africa. She is part of the Global Telco Leadership responsible for the topics: Telco TSR/Value Creation and PMIs. Further, she gained corporate experience by leading one of the largest merger in European's telco industry.
