Dr. Ana Iorga is a leading expert in consumer neuroscience and behavioral science, driven by a deep passion for understanding human behavior. With more than two decades of experience working across business and academia, she has built extensive expertise in design, communication, and branding, partnering with organizations in industries including Finance, Insurance, Consumer Goods, Retail, and Automotive.
Leveraging her unique academic background, Dr. Iorga founded Buyer Brain, a pioneering consumer neuroscience company that applies scientific insights to enhance customer experience (CX) and drive meaningful customer engagement.
A Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP), Dr. Iorga also serves as Chair of the CXPA European Council, playing an active role in advancing the CX profession across Europe. Her contributions have been widely recognized: she has ranked among the Top 10 in the CX Stars Awards by Customer Experience Magazine, has been named one of the most influential women in marketing by Advertising Week, and received the GRIT Future List Award for impact in the insights industry.
Dr. Iorga is a Medical Doctor with a PhD in Consumer Neuroscience and dual MBA degrees in Marketing and Finance. Her work bridges academic rigor with real-world application. She is co-editor of Ethics in Neuromarketing, a groundbreaking volume examining ethical considerations in the field, and has contributed chapters to multiple books focused on customer experience and consumer neuroscience. She also serves as a reviewer for leading scientific journals, including Frontiers in Neuroscience.
