Yargin Xiao

Speaker Bio

Mr. Xiao serves as Vice President of Huawei’s Cybersecurity & Privacy Protection Department. He concurrently holds the position of Director at Huawei Independent Cyber Security Laboratory (ICSL), overseeing independent security assessment and verification for the company’s products, solutions, and self-operated business operations.

Since joining Huawei in 2002, Mr. Xiao has accumulated extensive industry experience in the ICT field and held multiple key leadership positions. His roles have included Director of the Packet Control Development Department, Head of the Core Network Mobile Broadband Control Project Office, Director of the Packet Core Network Control Product Department, Director of the CloudEPC Product Department, and Director of the Irish Research Institute.

Mr. Xiao graduated from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in 2002 with a master's degree.
