Speaker Bio

Danielle Rios (you can call her DR) is leading the telecommunications industry's evolution from public cloud adoption to AI-native operations. She is the founder and CEO of TelcoDR and Totogi, a vertical AI company focused on telecommunications.

With more than 30 years in enterprise software and 15+ years as a turnaround CEO, DR has raised over $1 billion to drive transformation across the industry. She was the creator of CLOUD CITY at MWC Barcelona 2021, which challenged operators to abandon on-premise infrastructure in favor of cloud-native platforms. 

Now she's leading the next shift—from cloud-native to AI-native—pushing back on an industry racing to deploy horizontal agents and chatbots without the semantic foundations that make AI actually work.

DR speaks regularly at MWC Barcelona and other industry forums, and has been featured in Forbes, TelecomTV, and Fast Company. She hosts the award-winning podcast Telco in 20 and holds a computer science degree from Stanford.
