Leticia Latino is the Chief Executive Officer of Albireo AI, a cutting-edge AI-enabled platform transforming how telecommunications and critical infrastructure operators manage, monitor, and optimize physical assets. Albireo AI integrates advanced smart automated aerial data capture, high-fidelity digital twins, real-time anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, and AI-driven insights to provide operators with a trusted, continuously updated single source of infrastructure truth. The technology has been implemented by one of the largest tower infrastructure companies in the U.S., with the platform designed to scale across telecom, energy, and smart city sectors. Albireo AI represents a shift from reactive infrastructure management to proactive, data-validated operational clarity. Albireo was named a finalist in the category of Best AI Initiative for Telecom by Conecta Latam in 2025.

Leticia also serves as CEO of Neptuno USA, Corp., a leading provider of telecommunications infrastructure deployment and engineering services. With more than two decades of industry experience, she has guided Neptuno through periods of rapid growth and technological evolution, helping carriers, municipalities, and infrastructure stakeholders solve complex deployment and network challenges.

A recognized voice in industry and public-policy circles, Leticia has been appointed to multiple US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) advisory roles, including serving as a member of the Broadband Development Advisory Committee (BDAC) and as Chair of its Job Skills and Training Working Group.

Leticia is a passionate advocate for workforce development, diversity, and safety in the telecommunications sector. She serves on the Board of Governors of the National Wireless Safety Alliance, is an international board member of the Global Women’s Telecom Network and a mentor in the New Space Segment of the European Innovation Council Scaling Club.

In addition to her executive leadership, Leticia is a sought after keynote speaker, published author and mentor to youth pursuing careers in technology and telecommunications. She is also the host of the +300 episodes Back2Basics Podcast, where she explores journeys which fascinating guests to help the audience connect with what makes them tick.
