I’m a customer delivery executive passionate about building AI-first, world class global delivery organizations that help Private Cloud, Datacenter, and Telecom focussed technology companies scale ideas from pilots to repeatable, profitable growth.

Over two decades, I’ve led organizations at the intersection of Customer Success, Delivery, and Data center technologies driving scale, operational excellence, P&L growth, and results driven delivery across global markets. I bring a rare blend of technical depth, Operational rigor and soft skill leadership. My area of strength is in all post sales operations.

Currently at Rakuten Symphony, I lead Global Service Delivery & Customer Experience, uniting Cloud, RAN, and OSS product lines into one integrated delivery motion. My teams power large-scale telco transformations through: ** AI-driven automation ** DevOps + CI/CD/CT ** E2E Quality Assurance ** Partner interoperability and co-delivery ** Global product rollout & first-level support.

I have pioneered the concept & strategy behind AI first delivery for Telcos, reimagining how we go from Lab to Live for the AI driven era.
