Speaker Bio

I’m Emma Burrows, founder of Rezonant.

I’ve spent my career building software and scaling engineering teams, including as CTO and board member of Stripe Payments UK and leading engineering in London, where I helped grow the office from 0 to 50+ engineers across Payments, Issuing, and Money Movement.

At Charlotte Tilbury, I led engineering through a full replatform of the ecommerce stack onto AWS.
Earlier at Google, I worked across engineering and product leadership, including roles in AdSense and Android Wear.

Today I’m building Rezonant AI, a layer on top of coding agents that helps teams define engineering work clearly, so product managers and engineers can ship at the velocity AI-native teams deserve.
