He focuses on defining effective data and AI strategies, building impactful products, and implementing frameworks that enable adoption and scale.
Throughout his career at IBM, Société Générale, and Worldline, Haytem has progressed from technical to product management roles, gaining a comprehensive understanding of both the technological and strategic aspects of data-driven transformation. He works across business and technology functions to help organisations strengthen their data capabilities.
Today, as he leads Data and AI solutions for Digital Connectivity, Haytem defines the vision and drives innovation to position data as a key enabler of customer experience, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. In this role, he ensures that IDEMIA’s customers have the best tools, platforms, and capabilities to make the most of their data and support better decision-making.
