Astha has 15 years of experience in Telecommunications and Consulting spanning Business Strategy, CX & Digital Transformation, Value Creation and B2X growth acceleration. She is currently responsible for driving digital & AI powered marketing, sales & service solutions for the Communications & Media industry in the ASIAM region (Australia, New Zealand, Africa, Middle East, India, SE Asia).
Consumer growth (B2C & B2B2C) is an an area of strength for her, having shaped propositions that help telcos not only grow their core business but also diversify beyond connectivity into non traditional/digital services like home, fintech, gaming, loyalty et al, taking advantage of the platform economy to boost both topline and market value.
She has authored multiple Industry point of views in domains related to Data, AI, CX and Enterprise growth, including – The Connected Brain, Omni channel Implementation, Mobile App Adoption & the Communications Industry Narrative.
Astha holds a MBA degree from Narsee Monjee (a premier B-School in Mumbai) & a Bachelor of Economics (Honors) from Delhi University.
Prior to Accenture, Astha worked for Bharti Airtel, which she joined as part of their Young Leadership Program, and worked across multiple functions spanning B2B/enterprise sales, brand marketing and busines strategy.
