Session Description
This roundtable is invite-only
Across digital connectivity, industrial transformation and supply chains, organisations are facing problems that are no longer confined to a single business unit, market or value chain. These challenges cut across functions, partners and geographies, and increasingly sit at the intersection of technology, regulation and operations.
Companies are increasingly adept at identifying and testing new and innovative solutions, but far fewer succeed in deploying them at scale. Execution consistently breaks down at the same point. Pilots succeed, but adoption stalls. As a result, organisations repeatedly test similar solutions, learn similar lessons and still struggle to move from “this works” to “we are using this”.
This closed-door roundtable brings together senior leaders navigating this shared execution gap: the structural disconnect between innovation teams experimenting with new solutions and the procurement, operational and risk functions responsible for full‑scale deployment. Rather than highlighting solutions or promoting programmes, the session focuses on practical execution in pre‑competitive environments, where organisations confront similar barriers but lack mechanisms to collaborate on adoption.
