From telco to techco: expanding into digital financial services

We are entering a new phase of growth, where financial services drive differentiation, customer engagement, and average revenue per user uplift. Mobile operators’ platforms now include digital wallets, payments, and embedded finance, while fintechs are accelerating convergence by entering the telecom domain.

In this session, we will explore how network APIs and digital identity enable seamless integration of financial services and partner ecosystems directly into telecom apps. We will also discuss how telcos can successfully evolve into digital financial service providers to unlock new value.
