Session Description

Device enablement has become one of the biggest blockers to scaling new mobile services. Fragmented configurations, inconsistent testing and manual activation processes slow down feature launches across devices and networks.

This session brings together operators, OEMs and ecosystem partners to explore how interoperability, standardised testing and entitlement services are becoming a key enabler for seamlessly rolling out features such as VoLTE, Wi-Fi Calling, 5G, eSIM and satellite messaging at scale.

Through real-world perspectives from GSMA, mobile operators and leading Android device manufacturers, the discussion focuses on what is changing in 2026 and what operators need in place to move from fragmented device behaviour to consistent feature enablement.
