The AI for Good Innovation Factory is coming back to Barcelona on March 5th, 2026!
The AI for Good Innovation Factory is a global startup competition led by the ITU to find the most promising AI solutions that support the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Hosted by the Government of Catalonia and coordinated by DCA-IA and CIDAI inside the MWC26, the AI for Good Innovation Factory Catalonia. AI for Health will bring together innovative minds, offering a platform for 5 Catalan startups to showcase their AI-driven solutions that address health global challenges.
The winning startup will gain the opportunity to participate at the AI for Good Innovation Factory Grand Finale in Geneva, Switzerland, this July, where they will compete on a global stage with the support and visibility of the United Nations.

Biosfer Teslab: Advanced metabolic analytics and lipoprotein profiling that identify hidden cardiovascular risks missed by standard cholesterol tests. It enables precision prevention and better patient stratification for the 50% of events occurring in "normal" range patients.
Elna Health: A clinical intelligence platform that transforms fragmented medical research and guidelines into real-time, actionable decision support. It bridges the gap between complex evidence and consistent bedside practice to reduce medical errors.
Doctomatic: Patented AI software that converts medical device images into validated clinical data in under 2 seconds. It provides a truly device-agnostic solution for remote monitoring, eliminating manual entry and Bluetooth hurdles.

About Catalonia AI Strategy 2030
The Catalonia AI Strategy 2030, promoted by the Government of Catalonia, is presented as a response to the challenge of deploying artificial intelligence in Catalonia by placing technology at the service of social well-being and boosting the competitiveness of the country’s economy.
