Session Description
AI is rapidly becoming the backbone of modern enterprise, transforming how organisations collaborate, make decisions, and compete. According to a recent global survey, in the last year, as many as 72% of organisations worldwide reported using AI in at least one business function, up sharply from just over 50% a few years ago.
This session explores how enterprises are “rewiring” their operating models to fully leverage AI, from rethinking workflows and decision chains to reshaping partnerships, talent structures, and customer strategies. Attendees will gain a clear view of what successful adopters are doing across regions, where AI is already delivering measurable productivity gains, and what leaders must prioritise now to build resilient, AI-driven growth.
