How do I order catering for my stand or hospitality suite?

You can place your order directly through the Exhibitor Catering Platform, where our Official Caterers offer a wide range of fresh, packaged and fully customisable catering options, delivered directly to your stand or hospitality suite.

Can I bring my own food and beverages?

To ensure the highest food safety and operational standards, we recommend using our Official Caterers.

If you wish to appoint an external catering provider, please contact us in advance so we can advise you on the approval process and applicable requirements.

Are vegetarian, vegan, Halal, kosher and gluten-free options available?

Yes. Our Official Caterers provide menus to accommodate a wide range of dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, halal, kosher, gluten-free and other special dietary needs upon request.

When should I place my catering order?

We recommend placing your order as early as possible to secure your preferred menu and delivery schedule.

The deadline for standard catering orders is 13 February 2027. For any last-minute requests or amendments, please contact your catering provider directly, who will do their best to accommodate your requirements.

How should catering waste be managed?

All packaging supplied by our Official Caterers is recyclable or compostable where possible. Exhibitors are encouraged to separate and dispose of waste using the appropriate recycling stations available on Firastore.

Who can assist me with catering orders during the event?

A dedicated on-site catering support team will be available throughout the event to assist with any catering-related queries or last-minute adjustments. For immediate assistance, please contact your catering provider directly.

Can I book a restaurant at the venue?

Yes, you can. A selection of on-site restaurants will be available for pre-event table reservations, providing the perfect setting for informal meetings, business lunches or networking with like-minded professionals.

Table reservations will open according to the following schedule:

  • VIP Pass: 11 November 2026 – 26 February 2027 (inclusive)
  • Leaders Pass: 14 January 2027 – 26 February 2027 (inclusive)
  • All Passes: 22 February 2027 – 26 February 2027 (inclusive)

Reservations can also be made during the event, subject to availability, directly at participating restaurants.
