Leissner, established in 1969, is a Swedish renowned IT development company. Leissner’s strength is the flexible and customer-oriented development of new and existing functionality for operators in the telecommunications industry. Leissner MVNE/MVNO Mobile Core platform, developed in Sweden, is a suite of mobile core components, such as HLR/HSS, GGSN/PGW, OCS and GMSC enabling a flexible setup with unique functionality that can be customized to fit any operator that provides mobile services as MVNE or MVNO. The platform is also offered as a SaaS solution. All systems are developed and installed by Leissner employees using virtual servers and industry standard Linux.
