Barcelona-based startup and spin-off from the Vall d’Hebron Research Institute addressing a major unmet need in IVF: the lack of objective, real-time information about uterine readiness at embryo transfer. While embryo quality is well assessed, transfers are still performed by trial-and-error. Seedchrony, Manina’s flagship technology, is a novel, non-invasive medical device integrated into the transfer workflow that assesses the uterine environment on transfer day. In a pilot study involving 80 IVF patients, Seedchrony demonstrated a 90% negative predictive value, enabling clinicians to avoid transfers at high risk of failure. Manina is advancing clinical validation to help make every embryo count.
