BBU5801M 2/4/5G Multi-Mode BBU

The BBU5801M is a multi-mode, highly integrated BBU (Baseband Unit) that supports 2G/4G/5G and supports both TDD and FDD.
Based on 3GPP defined specification, the BBU5801M processes baseband signals, handling uplink and downlink traffic and controlling RRU functionalities via CPRI/eCPRI (enhanced Common Public Radio Interface). The BBU5801M works with Hytera RRU5800M/5801M/5802M series RRUs, establishes wireless connection with the user equipment (UE), manages wireless resources and offers high-definition voice and video as well as high-speed data services.
In the northbound, the BBU5801M is connected to the core network by S1/NG interface, and to the network management system through the management interface. In southbound, the BBU5801Mis connected to multiple radio remote units (RRUs) through optical fiber to form an extended coverage network, which flexibly supports multiple topologies to meet user requirements
