SIM9650L series is a high efficiency AI LTE Cat 4 smart module with Android 14 system, embedded with Octa-core 64-bit ARM V8 processor up to 2.7GHz and Adreno 643 GPU, supporting OpenGL and OpenCL. The module contains DSP with Dual HVX and Hexagon Tensor Accelerator, more than 14 Tops AI ability. It supports multiple high resolution cameras and dual screen displays, and has powerful high data transfer and multimedia processing capability.
SIM9650L series integrates wireless communication, short distance communication and multiple satellite positioning receiver function. It supports multiple communication modes such as GSM/GPRS/EDGE, WCDMA/HSPA+, LTE-FDD and LTE-TDD. It supports short distance communication including Wi-Fi 6E and BT 5.2.
