Speaker Bio

Neus Giménez Carabaza is the General Manager of AIMS Medical, a deep-tech healthcare spin-off awarded Best Spin-Off at 4YFN 2025 (Mobile World Congress Barcelona). She leads the company’s strategic growth, project execution, and cross-functional coordination, driving the development and deployment of AI-powered medical software solutions in hospital environments.


With an Industrial PhD in Biomedicine from IDIBAPS – Hospital Clínic de Barcelona and Anaxomics Biotech, Neus has built her career at the intersection of translational research, digital health, and innovation management. She has extensive experience managing multi-stakeholder healthcare projects, including AI-driven Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) and in vitro diagnostic (IVD) development, working closely with hospitals, research institutions, and public funding bodies.


Neus is passionate about bridging science, technology, and healthcare systems to accelerate the adoption of impactful digital health innovation across Europe.
