Speaker Bio

Dr. Rashmi Misra is the Group Chief AI & Data Officer at e&, where she leads the group’s AI strategy and value creation across products, networks and enterprise platforms.

Rashmi will leverage AI and data to create business value, focusing on innovation, operational efficiency, and new growth opportunities across the Group.

Before joining e&, Rashmi was Chief AI Officer at Analog Devices, directing end-to-end AI innovation at the intelligent edge, including automation, robotics and sensor fusion initiatives. She previously spent over six years at Microsoft and was instrumental in seminal partnerships for AI, Data & Emerging Technologies, including their landmark partnership with OpenAI.

Earlier, Rashmi held senior roles in intelligent systems and high-performance computing, including Head of AI Solutions for HPC at HPE, and led Motorola’s worldwide Systems Integration portfolio, where she helped deploy some of the first expert/AI systems on mobile networks. She owns six international patents for intelligent optimisation, automated network health and monetisation of traffic on telecom networks.

Rashmi serves on the Board of SCIO Automation and has chaired the AI Technology Strategy Board at the Association for Advancing Automation (A3).

Recognitions include the 100 AI Executives to Watch list by PixieBrix and the Top 100 Women 2025 list by Technology Magazine.

Rashmi holds a doctorate in Artificial Intelligence in Multi-Agent Reasoning Systems from the University of Exeter, UK, and an MBA from Warwick Business School, UK.
