Mary Lynn Parnell is a Transformational Leadership Development and Culture Consultant and co-owner of Weblighten LLC. With 25+ years of experience spanning corporate finance at Lockheed Martin, international operations management across Spain, Italy, and Portugal, and leadership development consulting, she brings a rare combination of operational rigor and human-centered practice to every engagement.

Mary Lynn develops leaders through the Lead/Develop/Care™ framework and the "3Practices" methodology, working specifically with professionals transitioning into people leadership. Her work focuses on two critical groups: C-Suite Executives navigating organizational transformation, and "The Frozen Middle", the mid-level managers who are essential to building inclusive cultures yet are most often overlooked in development investments.

Multilingual in English, Spanish, Catalan, and French, and having raised five children as Third Culture Kids across cultures and continents, Mary Lynn doesn't just teach cultural agility. She has lived it.
