Andrea (she/her) is a DEI practitioner and co-founder of TheINK, a global agency helping companies build truly inclusive workplaces through DEI strategy, cross-cultural workshops, empowerment programmes, and much more.
Before TheINK, Andrea led diversity, inclusion and culture initiatives at Glovo, where she grew from project manager to team lead. She brings over a decade of commercial experience across Europe and Latin America, including years at Google selling Machine Learning solutions when ML was still a foreign concept to most.
Andrea combines systemic thinking with a deep understanding of privilege and human empathy to create workplaces where everyone can thrive.
