Sohee Park

Speaker Bio

Sohee Park is a Senior AI Engineer in the AI Data Engineering team at SK Telecom, where she leads evaluation and data initiatives for telecom-specific large language models and LLM-based agents. Her work focuses on agentic evaluation, benchmarking LLMs in real-world telco use cases, and building high-quality datasets for customer support and network operations. She co-authored the TelBench and TelAgentBench benchmarks, both accepted to the EMNLP Industry Track. Sohee holds a master’s degree in computer science from Ewha Womans University in Seoul and is currently pursuing an online Master’s in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Texas at Austin.
