Launching Global Engagement Toward a Coordinated 6G Ecosystem

As 6G research, pre-standardisation, and policy initiatives accelerate worldwide, strong national and regional programmes are emerging across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. While this diversity fuels innovation, it also introduces early risks of divergence across technology priorities, standards pathways, spectrum visions, and future commercial models.

There is a timely opportunity to engage early at executive level, before positions solidify, to build mutual awareness, identify alignment opportunities, and establish trust among leading 6G stakeholders. The GSMA, as a neutral and globally trusted industry platform, is uniquely positioned to convene this initial engagement.

This 1-hour Global 6G Industry Alliance Executive Dialogue will be an introductory alignment and engagement forum, bringing together leading global 6G industry bodies, governments, operators, and ecosystem leaders. It will serve as a launchpad toward a deeper Global 6G Industry Alliance Roundtable/Summit, proposed to be held in another country/venue in H2 of 2026.
