President, Global Operations & Services
Sorabh Saxena was appointed President of AT&T Business, Global Operations & Services in October 2017. His organization is responsible for end-to-end operations supporting AT&T’s 3.5 million enterprise customers worldwide. In this role, Sorabh is leveraging his vast executive leadership experience across technology & business to develop software driven, best-in-class customer technology delivery and enablement platforms to provide a competitive edge to customers and a growth engine for AT&T. With more than 20 years of experience, Sorabh has led numerous successful transformations across many AT&T business units. In his current role, Sorabh is credited with developing a best-in-class Transformation Office for one of the largest global operations teams in the world. His holistic approach to transformation considers these core tenets: intently listening to the voice of the customer, developing a best-in-class cultural framework and a highly engaged workforce.
His many contributions to business and technology are widely recognized including: ComputerWorld Premier 100 Technology Leaders and both American & International Business Awards for Executive of the Year. In 2018, his organization was responsible for winning the J.D. Power recognition for highest customer satisfaction for the Large Enterprises & Very Small Business segments.
