Silvana Giudici is the Chair of the National Communication Agency (ENACOM).
In addition, she is the Chair of the Permanent Consultative Committee (COM/CITEL) of the Inter-American Telecommunication Commission (CITEL) for the period 2018-2022.
Since 2017, she has represented the Argentine Republic at the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) in the Working Party on Communication Infrastructures and Services Policy (WPCISP).
She served as coordinator of the Drafting Committee of the Bill for the Convergent Communications Law.
In addition, she served as National Representative at Congress during periods 2003-2007 and 2007-2011 representing the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires and as Legislator of the City of Buenos Aires in 2015.
She chaired the Freedom of Expression Committee of the House of Representatives for two periods.
She served as Minister of the Bicentennial Gates Program for the Government of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
In 2011 she created Fundación LED (Freedom of Expression + Democracy Foundation) a nonprofit organization dedicated to protect and disseminate the right to freedom of expression in the Argentine Republic and in Latin America.
She is an active member of the Global Organization of Parliamentarians Against Corruption (GOPAC) and author of different books and publications such as “Freedom of expression, mother of all liberties”.
