Sanford Reback is Vice President, Global Public Policy and Government Affairs at Twilio, where he directs policy development and undertakes advocacy on a worldwide basis.
Prior to Twilio, Reback held senior leadership positions at Akamai Technologies, MCI WorldCom and UUNET. Earlier in his career, while at the Office of the U. S. Trade Representative, he helped negotiate communications and technology agreements and the accords that established the World Trade Organization.
Reback holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School, a Master’s from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, and an undergraduate degree from Stanford University, and was a Fulbright Fellow at the Royal Institute of International Affairs in London.
