Raditya Maulana Rusdi or Rama inspired to make Qlue from his experience in dealing with the complexity of the local government bureaucracy in serving its citizens. Rama developed Qlue to encourage government and decision makers to be more communicative, transparent, and inclusive to respond to the citizen and customer feedbacks, and they to be able to monitor of each report progress.
Qlue helps the government and decision makers to identify, analyze, and provide effective solutions based on data and technology. In addition to that, government could also made good and effective decision.
These breakthroughs made Qlue win prestigious world awards such as the Best Mobility Project Award from the Global Smart Cities Contest by the World Smart City Organization (2018) and the Best M-Government Service Award from the World Government Summit in Dubai (2019).
Before founding Qlue in 2016, Rama demonstrated history of working in Information Technology and financial service industry. He started his career as a consultant and advisor in the IT and Financial services such as PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) and Ernst & Young (EY) 
Rama holds a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree in the field of Management Information System and Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc) in the field of Computer and Information Systems from Strayer University. Rama went to high school at Valley Forge Military Academy & College, where he studied discipline and strategic thinking.
Currently Rama focuses on accelerating various sophisticated technology development to provide smart city solutions for decision makers as in line with his vision to make the world we live in better. In addition, Rama like to spend his time in practicing Brazilian Ju-Jitsu martial arts and culinary.
