ACCIÓ is the competitiveness agency of the Catalan Government that promotes innovation, internationalization and attracts foreign investment. On the funding field, ACCIÓ promotes alternative finance for startups and smes to diversify their funds with programs promoting crowdequity platforms and business angels networks, advisory services on funding and connecting international venture capitals to the local ones.
Prior to this position, Oriol worked at Arthur Andersen Corporate Finance, served on the investment committees of Inveready Seed Capital and ESADE BAN and also on the boards of directors of some startups such VozTelecom or Crystax Pharmaceuticals. Furthermore, he teaches alterative finance at ELISAVA and Universitat Rovira i Virgili MBA.
Oriol holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from ESADE and a Master in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
