Head of Customer Experience, Strategy and Innovation
Dr. Nils Hüske is the Head of Customer Experience, Strategy and Innovation at Volkswagen brand. He is in charge of identifying the right ideas for new services and defining the overall strategy of the Volkswagen We Mobility Ecosytem while building a unique and seamless customer experience.
Dr. Hüske is a particle physicist by education, having first-hand experience working with neural networks and other machine learning techniques. Dr. Hüske started his industry career at the global strategy consultancy Roland Berger in its Automotive Competence Center. Within Volkswagen, he first served as a Senior Manager at its internal top management consultancy Volkswagen Consulting, focusing on future-oriented topics such as the high-power charging joint venture Ionity and the Group Digitalization Strategy.
