Mark is a Partner in Envisible LLC, a food company that leverages technology with food procurement, processing and distribution to enable fully traceable sustainable supply chains starting with seafood. Mark is also a Non- Resident Fellow with the Chicago Council on Global A?airs focused on Food & Agriculture and Global Cities.
Prior to joining Envisible, Mark was Global Vice President of Sustainable Solutions for Unilever. At Unilever, Mark was responsible for integrating technology across the Chief Sustainability O?ce's partnerships, establish new digital partnerships, expand existing digital partnerships and leverage Unilever’s existing technical assets to accelerate the economic, social and environmental impact of initiatives driving towards the Unilever Sustainable Living Plan.
Prior to joining Unilever, Mark was CEO of Tone Mobile LLC, a start-up focused on digital inclusion. Tone led the mFish Initiative with the U.S. State Department and GSM Association, representing the world’s mobile operators. The mFish Initiative created mobile services to improve the livelihoods and sustainability of small scale and artisanal fishermen in Indonesia. mFish won the 2016 D&AD Wood Pencil, Hollywood A-List Bronze for Most Innovative Use of Mobile Technology in the World. mFish was also shortlisted for OneShow and Cannes Lions Awards in Mobile.
