Recently based in Silicon Valley, Louise Kyhl Triolo was responsible for establishing the Airbus Leadership University in North America. Her transformation work was featured in the April 2018 issue of Chief Learning Officer magazine. She also managed new injections of innovation leadership practices and tools in the Airbus DNA through her work with Singularity University/XPrize, Mach49/SolveNext and other experts from Silicon Valley which led to the global transformational initiative Dream Big. Previously, Louise was part of the team responsible for launching the Airbus Innovation Center, A^3, and Airbus Ventures from a people perspective. She also led the cultural transformation called ‘New Ways’ in Airbus Helicopters, implementing new behavioral and management practices aligned with achieving corporate goals. In addition, she has held various roles in talent and executive management, learning and leadership development. Her passion lies in people, innovation, culture and change. She started her career in Denmark, moved to France to work for L’Oreal, and has been with Airbus for more than 13 years.
