Having started his working life in finance, Kumar switched to general management after achieving an MBA at Cranfield School of Management.
He has been in computer games for over 20 years and is a founder director of dRi, a company specialising in virtual and augmented reality experiences.
Kumar has a strong background in healthcare, having worked within a number of mental health charities, and helping to set up SH:24, an online sexual health service where he is a non-executive director. Kumar is also the Chair of Trustees of Age Exchange, a small charity committed to improving health and wellbeing among older people.
Kumar loves to spend his weekends cooking delicious South Indian food - and often treats the team to spicy Kiribath breakfasts!
